    Remote connection is encrypted and secured by end-to-end encryption, intended to prevent data being read or secretly modified, other than by the true sender and recipient.

    How does it work?

    1. Call us and schedule remote session appointment.
    2. We will call you back as scheduled and guide you through next steps below:
    3. Pay online by card £25 for 30 minutes session.
    3. Download remote software for Windows PC here and for Apple Mac here and then run it. It will generate ID for the connection and passowrd. When you provide us with these details over the phone, IT technician will access your MS Windows PC or Apple OS X Mac.
    4. You can then show us and explain the problem.
    5. When all tasks are done, we end the session.
